Hamburgers may be delicious fast food but the fat also high.But the meat grill is also delicious and can make you feel better than eating hamburger. Right . However hamburger cooks fast and faster than steak much. It up to you and to your time to decide how your health go on.

Slow food is more healthy than fast food because it made from kind. It used high quality material.So,slowfood spend more time than fast food.Slow food makes good health. Like Tomyumkung spend a lot and a lot of time to make.And made from good ingredient such as shrimp should be cooked in suitable temperature and atmosphere. Plenty herbs had to put in Tomyumkung.
-Chance
While you are going to anywhere. All the way to target you can find a lot of fast food which are selling along. Like Sandwich, Pork with sticky rice or fried chicken. Because they are convenient food not waste the time to wait chefs cook. Opposite to slow food that only can find in restaurant. Easy way to get it is you must have time for it. When you need time to wait the restaurant servicer also need area to support you. So they need to find area but some areas are not easy to find they are all hide from you especially famous restaurant lol. Finally it is very easy to find fast food opposite to slow food that is not easy.
